A Mutual Malevolence? As a form that requires tremendous amounts of energy to maintain, it is only used as a last resort, but allows the user to draw out their maximum power and bulk out their muscles , in addition to drastically increasing their resilience and speed. It is very possible, however, that a mutant like Cooler has the potential to do it, seeing as his Fourth Transformation makes him among other things far more muscular than he was before. Thus, it is possible that only a member of the race with an extremely powerful body can handle this level of power in their true form; like the mutant prodigy Frieza. On Namek, at full power, Frieza's power level is ,,, which is much higher than his true form's basic level of power. He dropped out of the form after being nearly obliterated by the Angry Kamehameha and surviving the explosion of Namek.

This can be due to patches to the game, or developments in the metagame. You can help by updating it. The ruler of the largest intergalactic army in the cosmos and Emperor of Universe 7: Frieza In DBFZ, Frieza's toolkit is half the size of an average character's kit, and the tools themselves are janky and mediocre. He's not sure if he should be a zoner, a rushdown character, or maybe an Install character to make the craziest 1v3 comebacks. Hurting himself in his confusion, he ends up doing none of those things very well. You can still find a lot to love about Frieza. Frieza can control space, can pressure, and can coat himself in gold. He's one of the characters of all time. Very odd 5M compared to most. At close range it functions the same as all the others, but farther away Frieza will automatically dash forward and then attacks either once he's close enough to the opponent to hit or after going nearly fullscreen length. Hops over a few lows, and otherwise has the same uses as other 5Ms in combos and blockstrings. Although difficult to space due to the nature of the normal, it's possible to make it up to -3 if Frieza hits from max range. Goofy, inconsistent, held together by duct tape.
ArcSys have apparently long since parted ways with Bamco in terms of dev support. Can buff frieza used as a reversal, but it's very inconsistent on actually punishing the opponent since it tends to miss. Main articles: Dark Magic and Villainous Mode.

He has Dragon Ball destruction, an incredible Extra Arts, support capabilities, and other tools to help his team in battle. His most relevant trait is his Anti-Son Family Unique Ability which already makes him incredibly good in the current meta since Son Family is extremely prevalent. Each time he enters the battlefield he gains 30 ki and takes away 1 Dragonball from the opposition up to 3 times. This is very oppressive as this will result in you getting your Rising Rush before your opponent can if you use Frieza correctly. Coupled with his Blast Armor and the ability to regain his vanish gauge with his Main Ability, Frieza can pull off incredible comebacks from unwinnable scenarios. It gives him 40 KI, a Blast Arts card and it shortens allies substitution count by 3 which can be used to have a sub count advantage against the opposition. LL SP Full Power Frieza is a core Fighter on the Powerful Opponent team however, he will have to be at a decent star count before he can be fully utilized on the team and this is due to the Powerful Opponent team being a very expensive tag.

He's a resourceful Supportive Fighter, who can aid his Temmates through big Damage Buffs, Ki recovery on switch, and a nifty Extra Move that reduces the Team's sub counts. He's a pretty self-sufficient Fighter after his Zenkai Ability, as his durability is now off the charts and he can benefit from various Offensive upgrades that make him at least decent in that regard. His Ultimate Move is also a deadly card once again. He's a situational option, but in the right situation he can be used alongside the other yellow Full Power Frieza to form a powerful double Yellow lineup. He's pretty straightforward. He does really well Defensively, but Offensively he's in dire need of this Team's Supportive Effects to carry him, and luckily he constantly gets that kind of help. Don't let his F2P appearance fool you, this Fighter's kit puts a lot of gacha Sparkings to shame. Secondarily, he has some interesting Abilities that let him alter the flow of the Fight, like his permanent -2 sub count Effect, which is great on this particular Team as other Fighters can also lower allies' sub counts, making Lineage of Evil a very fast-paed Team as a result. I'm not part of the Kefla bandwagon.

Sixth hit launches and wall bounces. S when Golden Frieza ends. By timing the shot as late as possible into Frieza's crumple animation, you can get enough frame advantage for extra followups like Supers or even just run up 5L. His problem honestly is that he requires more time to master given that you have to learn to predict how your opponent will react to your shenanigans. Mainly used after j. You can help by updating it. He can combo from anywhere on the screen and whenever I see Bardock's or Cell's, I know to switch to Frieza and let him put in that work. Discs merely launch going forward, but cause a sliding knockdown to the opponent on the way back. It is good as an approach tool, working almost like Guile walking in behind a fireball for your point. Same with krillin.
Frieza is one of the most famous and popular characters in the Dragon Ball franchise. The character has been a franchise staple since he debuted in the th manga chapter, Dark Clouds Swirl Over Planet Namek, in
He's also terrible once airborne with few options to air-to-air with. When this happens, at best he loses out on some damage, and at worst it completely messes up the combo. Thanks in advance. Training Mode. Side Quest. View history Talk Good as a combo ender before going into Supers, can be spammed in the air if you want your opponent to be annoyed. The damage buff from Golden Frieza applies to this assist as well. Not a good wakeup option compares to the 2 other Lv3s he has. I am a Majin ranked Frieza main and I can honestly say that I don't think he needs many buffs.
