Moe Ahmed, owner of KO Grill on Bold Street , was quick to act on the new way of eating out in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. With his two business partners Abdul Khalil and Lloyd King, the year-old launched Bubba's Trap Kitchen, a collection-only soul food takeaway set up in a "dark kitchen" on Myrtle Street.
