I had a 4,d machine for nearly 6 years and foolishly sold it to be a Husqvarna Ruby machine, oh to get the Brother back, I will have to sell the Ruby at a loss if I want another Brother. The 4,d stitched anything and was never picky on threads and utterly reliable. Later went onto the , then the and now have the D.
