We had a lovely meal in Brea in March whilst visiting Stirling. I very much enjoyed the fresh seafood I had; scallops to start, then a rolled haddock with smoked salmon as a main. My dessert of Arran Gold a Scottish Baileys! My wife is now vegan and has became aware of a number of food intolerances After speaking to our server the Head Chef then came out himself to discuss options that would be suitable for my wife. This was so refreshing as we often just get servers rolling their eyes when she discusses her needs so it was great to go to a place that was so accommodating! As everything is freshly made to order the Chef had no issue in adapting dishes to suit her specific needs and she ended up having a lovely risotto with sun dried tomatoes followed by a dessert of homemade honeycomb with sorbet and fresh fruit. Visited as a party of 5 recently and found the restaurant nice and cosy on a miserable night. We were shown to our table promptly and presented with our menus. Water delivered to our table without having to ask which is always a good start Ordered 2 bottles of wine, one delivered and waitress seemed a bit confused, definately asked for 2 bottles.
