I highly recommend the Chicken Karaage! The amazing variety of rolls and hand rolls makes it fun to choose. Extensive sake selection and Suntory Premium Malts on draft! Some of the best service I've experienced at a Michelin star establishment as well. Will definitely head back for next seasons menu. So unique and tasty. The sea urchin udon soup, which is their most popular soup, was delicious, but personally, I preferred the creamy mushroom udon. Called in the last minute and they were able to accommodate us, thankfully! Definitely pricey but worth the price!
