Best hotel. Clean, great personal, ideal location in gatlinburg. I found this hotel on hotels. Hotel room was great for the price. Bed was comfortable and clean. Functional bathroom with a clean shower. All rooms offer a charming "creek side" view of Bear Creek. The sounds are very soothing. The room was complete with refrigerator, microwave and ironing board. Everything about the room was great including the newly remodeled bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, etc. We really could not find anything to complain about. Are there fancier hotels nearby? Of course but why spend the money? The walk to the center of downtown is about minutes and is enjoyable.
