I recently purchased a 5th Gen Echo Dot and although I have added it to the same account as my other device with the same user profile Alexa keeps telling me it can't find the station when I ask for anything from BBC Sounds on my new device. I have both devices connected to the same WiFi in different rooms of the house but only my older speaker allows me to connect to BBC radio stations. It's very confusing as both speakers are accessing the same account but only one will work with BBC Sounds? Has anyone else had a similar problem?
