La Tranca! It is perhaps the smallest tapas bar in the Netherlands. Small but nice, then, with a view from the bar into the kitchen where chef and owner Charles Ploemen uses his experience and skills to prepare the finest dishes for his guests. From tapas to platos combinados, everything is prepared in front of your nose here.. Rest here after shopping or visiting one of the weekly markets at the Vrijthof Wed and Fri.
