Skift sprog. Installer Steam. I know that a lot of people say Astora's Straight Sword is great early game but there are much better weapons later. Thing is I really like it. It looks great and has a good move set. Even if it is not the best weapon, can it still be a pretty good end game weapon? I am currently 24 str, 12 dex, 40 faith. If I make it a divine weapon and pump faith to 50, will it be a viable end game weapon? Or is that not the best option?

Only if you hollow, is inferior only to Anri's, because Anri's work with carthus rouge, the damage i'ts pretty the same, that is superior than any straight sword. With the same stat investment a player can have a darkmoon blade on their washing poly with more range than the weapon and about 4 to 5 times the damage. I used this sword up until I got the black night great sword in undead berg. Better damage than the ASS hurr and requires a third of the stats to do so.
