Ashley HomeStore Distribution Center can be contacted via phone at for pricing, hours and directions. Gave me used furniture, now giving me the run around to correct my purchase. I work here and the people and workers are so awesome. Ordered bunk beds in June, said they were going to be here August then it changed to October. They came in November and it was opened boxes of used bunk beds so we sent them back. Then they were delivered yesterday with no hardware to put them together, which they are supposed to do. Now no one will answer to get us the hardware and are giving us the run around about this. I do not recommend anyone ever buying anything from this company. If I could give a minus review I would.
