After waiting for a lengthy period of time, I learned the car rental company had already closed and wouldn't be providing shuttle service nor rental cars until the following morning. When booking the car through Argus, there was no notification about the business hours of the car rental place. In fact, Argus happily accepted my reservation for a time that was impossible to pickup, due to the rental car company being closed! The car company phone system confirmed they had closed an hour prior to my arrival at the shuttle location. I was left stranded, without a car, in a foreign city! I contacted the rental car company the following morning and they apologized for the situation. They promptly cancelled my reservation but referred me to Argus for the refund. I contacted Argus and they refused to issue a refund. She also refused to issue a refund but agreed to open a "case". After multiple email exchanges and a few days later, Argus closed the "case" with a statement saying they wouldn't issue a refund. This is a disgusting company operating in a shady manner.
