The new Premium Economy cabin is a very small cabin with only three rows of seats with a bulk head of sorts behind separating from Main Cabin Extra. Seat 3 H is a standard rearward facing Business Class seat that transforms into a fully-flat bed. Row 5 does only have one window as opposed to two and so does the back row , row 8.
