I installed these components in a 4th gen Toyota 4Runner: Alpine Ilx headunit, Alpine r-series 6"x9" in front doors, Alpine r-series 6. Wiring is with tspec-v10r I used stinger fast rings on all the speakers. Not including the time for the head unit which I installed 4 years ago, this installation took me 3 hrs. That's around 25hrs. I am not an experienced installer, but I work on cars every day for a living. The sound quality is impressive. It's been years since I just sat in a vehicle idling for 2 hours just listening to music. No headphone or anything in my home sounds this good.
