Break the objects on the right of the room. Then, put them together. Now, pull the handle on the toilet to blow through the wall here. In this next room, interact with the sleeping enemy to access the switches to the cage locks. Then, press the switch to free Venom. Next, press the right switch to lower the lasers.

Destroy all the objects in this room to gain the parts necessary to build loudspeaker on the left. Then, head into the next room. Use Howard to shoot the silver pieces around the Iron Man suit on the left. Then, break the suit to reveal some parts. Put these together to build an Iron suit for Howard. Now, Howard can use heat on objects. Melt the gold objects in the middle of the room. Build with these parts to create a loudspeaker. Next, break the objects on the left side of the room to reveal the parts to build a pole. Then, use Howard to pull the lever on the right side of the room.

For some reason Pool party mission unlocked early for me even though i hadn't at that point unlocked mission 8 Oscorp. I also just collected Gwenpool but no achievement unlocked. That unlocks the character request for Red Wolf, found in the town in the Old West, and subsequently completing his request gets you a notification from Gwenpool that a mission is available. Quoting myself from another thread I played not realising it was a glitch and it gave me gwenpool but now despite getting agent venom Oscorp is still locked out for me.
