Alicia Clark , also known as Licia within her family, is the former deuteragonist previously tritagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC 's Fear the Walking Dead. She is a member of Martinez 's camp who forms a romantic relationship with Tara Chambler. She served as the tertiary antagonist for the first half of Season 4. Although she only appeared in two episodes, Alisha appeared to be a somewhat kind person and was a strong, determined survivor. Although her bitten hand gets amputated in no time, Alicia fears whether she will turn into a walker due to the bite. Ever since getting her bitten hand amputated, Alicia suffers from an inexplicable illness that affects her severely. She stays back alone on the shore, severely ill, while her group leaves her. In no time, she faints down, seemingly succumbing to her illness. Still, Alicia soon wakes up with no trace of her illness. She appears to be radiant and energetic. Considering her angelic appearance, one cannot be blamed for theorizing that Alicia dies and her regaining consciousness happens in the afterlife. Alicia suggests they try to negotiate with Walker again. Alicia sees the blonde hair and flannel and begins to think it's her mother. Morgan has a standoff with Virginia, and takes a wounded Virginia to the dam.
