Adblue/def fault audi

I had this message 4 months ago as well but simple turn off the engine and restart again solved the issues but the same issues has come back last week but this time with engine management light as well.

I have been to 3 different garages now, the last one being Audi to tell me that it says that there is no error when they do a diagnostic, but it still says there is still the system fault error appearing on the dashboard. The Ablue is full and has run for about miles, however the message is still there. I have miles till there is no restart. All Audi have told me is that we will have to wait till the counter runs down to 0 and see what happens, which I am not very happy about. Can anyone help?
