A1 Blinds. Scotswood, Newcastle upon Tyne. I called in to there factory with all my measurements for my windows. The young lady explained to me that I should take advantage of there free measuring and fitting. I agreed and three days later a gentleman came and measured my windows and showed me samples of materials I picked one and four days later a young man came and fitted them. I have not had my blinds fitted yet. Lovely selection and be it that there is only one member of staff in the shop she is very knowledgeable and friendly and very officent plus your order is quite quick in coming. Very poor after sales service. If your purchase is faulty, you will have to wait weeks to have it corrected. Telephone handling of customer complaints is not acceptable. Good showroom with helpful staff.
