This was one of my top favorite tea houses. They have a nice gift shop with British Merchandise and teas. High Teas was great, the food was fantastic, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone had a good time. The staff were very attentive-and made sure we had everything we needed. The sandwiches were average and not very interesting.

Dishes, table-to-table, are mismatched. At its heart, A Taste of Britain is a tea room. The menu is full of traditional English specialties as well as soups and salads.

I have been to TOB four times. The first three experiences during the weekday were lovely. Our last experience in the Spring of , was on a Saturday and was disappointing. My daughter order the drinking chocolate instead of tea.

They don't reflect the experience I had at all. It was such a lovely, relaxing and pleasant experience for us all. Tea sandwiches are prepared on a variety of breads typically including white, wheat, and pumpernickel-rye swirl. The teas on offer were plentiful. Each pack comes with three different designs and are all vibrant and eye catching. Can be wiped clean and used again. Good food, relaxed atmosphere. There's a nice gift shop, also. In all give the place a try you will not be disappointed and all the staff are great especially the red head with freckles!!! As is standard, they serve a course of finger sandwiches and a course of sweets. Peach coloured with wonderful floral designs. Orders of 2 dozen or more will come on a garnished, table ready tray.

No tea party is complete without these! Serves Both were delicious. It would be really nice to have more interesting options for the sandwiches. The beef and vegetables dish is served in a tomato sauce and topped with mashed potatoes. Filters Clear Contains Dairy. They have a nice gift shop with British Merchandise and teas. Assorted Mini Pastries VG Our pastry chef will create a fabulous assortment of three different scratch-made sweets, inspired by seasonal ingredients. I plan to take a few other parties there for sure. The food consisted of purple petite fours that had the icing sliding off onto the plate, a brownie that was good, a small cake that was tasteless except for the overly sweet chocolate dollop on top. Crumbs, etc. It is a place that is tranquil with a nice decorum. These treats are naturally gluten-free. It was my first time coming to a Taste of Britain and i had a great time. The quiche is some of the best I've ever had, and the soups are to die for.
