Everything was meticulously cleaned, oiled and refitted with the whole engine reassembled with new gaskets and seals. The TMC60 gearbox was also fully stripped, cleaned and reassembled in the same way as the engine. It was test run for an extended period following reassembly and found to be good as new with just some paintwork touching up required. The engine only ran for 15 minutes since being installed and then a few hours on a test bed so having now been fully stripped, cleaned and inspected it is essentially as a new unit would be.
