Thread Tools. I am doing my conversion on my Isuzu Vehicross. The stock transmission is a 4L30E. I have already found out that the stock adaptor plate won't mount to the 4L60E so I need to find a way to adapt THAT adaptor plate to my new tranny. Any suggestions? I have been suggested to have a machine shop make me an intermediate plate to adapt the stock adaptor plate to the 4L60E transmission.
