Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The property is massive; the pools are incredible; beds comfortable and if you get an ocean view room where you can hear the waves from The Grand Hyatt in Kauai is hands down the best resort in Poipu. They know what they are doing and have perfected the art of hospitality. Upon entering, you are welcomed by perhaps the most A grand hotel indeed! Check in was a smooth process. Our room was clean. We were in for a treat for sure.
