If you can remove that 3rd bolt, that's the way to go. The loosening of the starter bolt is a challenge. If you can't get to it, then, like me, you'll have to wiggle the whole assembly out while pulling forward on that metal crossbar and cussing Honda. Moving to the top, remove all the usual stuff but I don't take the manifold out, just tilt it up then move it as much as possible to the right and secure it. The radiator cross support does not need to be loosened at the bottom, just tilt it forward, The throttle body does not need to be removed. I used a youtube video by 1A auto, it helps. Remove the 4 bolts attaching the throttle body to the manifold and move it to the right. In either case, the starter may need to be replaced to restore your starting performance. I recently replaced the starter on a CRV miles from home in the street with a very limited number of tools and the vehicle sitting on the ground. They make things much faster with less muscle soreness the next day. The manifold will practically fall out.
