I am in the middle of a flow and I wanted to make an adjustment to the date being shown in an email. Some background, I am pulling data from a SharePoint list and there is a column named Completion Date. The current flow will run and send an email if the Completion date has changed and in the email notification it will display the old value if there was one to the new value entered in by the user. However, in the email it is shown in UTC and I do not want that because the date is off by quite a bit. I attached a picture of the output I receive when the flow runs and when I take that value I get an error stating incorrect format. How would I just get the "value" of the outputs and convert that into EST and display it in my email with the converted date so it can accurate in the email as well as SharePoint. I'm not exactly sure where you are getting your date from for the Convert time zone action, but you'll need to pass in something like the following to get the actual value the date :. If you didn't want to use the Convert time zone action, you could just use an expression instead. Note you would replace utcNow with your actual date. Are you able to show what you are currently passing into your Convert time zone action? Yes, I passed the body, but as I read it now seems like it is reading the entire body including the name of the column along with the date. I assume, that is why it does not like the format. Would I need to create a variable to just get the value excluding the key? Maybe scrap the convert time zone and build an expression?
