Im not sure why this service exists if you can never use it. I can't even get past the details page, as soon as I enter them all in, which does take a while, all I get is "Error Submitting Patient" whenever I reach the end. I even tried changing the details just to see if it would work but no, this app is just hopeless. Look at all the reviews listing all the countless problems and tell me any different. I called the service for my 13month old son and waiting 25mins to get onto someone which is completely understandable as it was 2am.
